Sleep Disorders

We all sleep yet may ignore the need for a good night of sleep.  Few of us manage to get enough quality sleep.

There are a variety of reasons for this situation and some have a medical basis

The purpose  of this page is to provide a forum to discuss the Varieties of Sleep Experience in somewhat the same way the Varieties of Religious Experiences were documented by William James.

Sleep is a universal problem and ask any coffee-swilling, overworked middle-level worker why he cannot sleep at night.  You may get a blank stare as your answer.  Hence the need to discuss the problem.
